MASSAGE Cancellation POLICY

 

At Andrews Connected Care we understand that unforeseen events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  There are a number of reasons why one might consider canceling their massage appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our patients in need, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

  • A $30 deposit is required to schedule a massage (unless you have an ACC Membership package).
  • Your deposit will be applied to your remaining massage balance.
  • 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling a massage appointment. (Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Friday). This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hour notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to your new appointment date.
  • If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, your $30 deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
